Who we are

KOMMIRA creates tools for the details that matter in everyday work. We build KitState, a gear-tracking app for fire, EMS and other teams. You can contact us at team@kommira.com. Learn more at kommira.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email, team type and team size range. We also record the consent wording and the date and time you agreed.

To help prevent spam, we collect a one-way hashed IP address (never the raw IP) and your browser's user agent, which describes the browser and device software you use.

The consent wording is: "Email me about KitState's launch and updates from KOMMIRA. You can unsubscribe anytime."

Why we collect it

We use this information to email you about KitState's launch and updates, and to keep spam off the list. We don't sell your data and don't use ad trackers.

Where data is processed

Your waitlist data is stored with Supabase in Canada (Montreal). Cloudflare Turnstile, the spam check used by the form, may process data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist data until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after KitState launches, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email. You can also email team@kommira.com to withdraw consent or ask to see, correct or delete your data.
